While the site is information-only there is no enquiry form. When enquiries are open and you complete one, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address and, if provided, your organisation and phone number; details of the dispute such as your role, the forum, the stage, amounts in dispute and a written summary; and any documents you upload.

With your consent to analytics, we also record limited information about how you arrived at the site (landing page, referring website and campaign tags). We never record dispute details, names or contact details in analytics.

How we use it

To review the matter you have described, to respond to you, to consider whether insurance or risk transfer may be available and, if you agree, to present the risk to insurers or other capital providers. We use analytics information, where you have consented, only to understand how the site is used.

We process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into any arrangement with you, and for our legitimate interest in responding to and assessing enquiries. Analytics information is processed only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer.
