Submissions are transmitted over TLS, validated on the server and stored in a private, access-controlled store. Uploaded documents are not publicly accessible.
Transmission
The website is served over HTTPS, so information you enter and documents you upload are encrypted in transit between your browser and our servers.
Storage
Submissions are validated on the server and written to a database protected by row-level security, which blocks access from the public website. Uploaded documents are stored separately in private storage and are not publicly accessible by link.
Access control
Only authorised staff using server-side credentials can read submissions and documents. Case details are never included in analytics.
